This lovely white cotton blend dress was hand made in the Philippines by Cherubs in the 1960s. It features pintucking on the front and back with delicate white embroidery. The neckline, short puffed sleeves, and hem are finished with scalloped embroidery. The dress closes in the back with three small shell buttons. The dress comes with a matching embroidered slip with scalloped hem.
