Q. The item I want is marked sold. Can you get more of them?
A. Sorry, no. If an item is marked sold, it was either one of a kind (vintage/heirloom) or it has been discontinued by the manufacturer and there is no more remaining inventory.
Q. The item I want says temporarily out of stock. Will you call me when it comes in?
A. Sorry, no. We cannot predict with any certainty when manufacturers will ship our new inventory. As soon as it arrives, we add it to the website. Please check back if there's something you're hoping we'll restock.
Q. Do you ship to Canada? (or Australia, or Greece, or Japan....etc)
A. Yes, we ship to many countries. Please see International Orders for a full list of the countries to which we can ship, along with rates and details. If you don't see your country there, you can email us to request that we add it.
Q. How soon can I get my order?
A. It depends on the shipping method you choose. For domestic (US) orders placed before noon EST (we're in South Carolina), UPS Next Day will get it there the next day, Express Mail will get it there in 2 to 3 days, and Priority Mail will get it there in about a week. For International orders add 1 to 2 weeks unless you're in Canada or the UK. Customs will take another week there. Here are the compete shipping details for domestic and international orders.
