This lovely pale yellow cotton dress with matching slip was hand made in the Philippines in the 1940s by Feltman Brothers. It features a pintucked bodice centered with delicate white embroidery. The neckline and short puffed sleeves are finished with entredeux and white lace. White floral embroidery tops the scalloped lace trimmed hem. The pintucked back closes with small shell buttons.The matching slip has white embroidery above a scalloped hem.
