It features a smocked waist beautifully embroidered with pink rosebuds. The collar is edged with pink scalloped trim and has embroidered pink eyelet flowers. The short puffed sleeves are finished with narrow bands. The full skirt is finished with a 2" hem and is embroidered with pink rosebuds.
