This lovely white cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1930s. It features tiny pintucking on the front and larger tucks on the back with delicate white embroidery and fagoting. The embroidered collar is finished with scalloped embroidery and the short puffed sleeves have scalloped edged sleeve bands. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and is finished with a deep 3" hem topped by delicate white embroidery.
