This beautiful pale blue cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1940s. It features tiny pintucking both front and back with delicate openwork embroidery. The neckline and short puffed sleeves are vinished with soft white lace. The dress closes in the back with two tiny pearl buttons and is finished with a scalloped embroidered hem topped by beautiful openwork embroidery. The matching slip can be worn alone as a sweet summer sundress.
