Heirloom Baby Clothes: Heirloom Baby Dresses: Feltman Brothers Baby Dresses
This lovely pale yellow cotton batiste dress was hand made by Feltman Brothers in the 1940s. Unworn, it was removed from its original packaging and washed and pressed so that it arrives fresh and ready for baby to wear. It features tiny pintucking on the front and larger tucks on the back. The yellow collar is hand embroidered with delicate white flowers and is edged with soft white lace, as are the short puffed sleeve cuffs. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and is finished with a deep 3½" hem topped by lace insertion and delicate white embroidery.
