This sweet blue cotton dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1940s. It features a center blue pleat with tiny shell buttons and scalloped white embroidery on the yoke and collar.It has short puffed sleeves and a deep 3¼" hem. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and has a sash to tie in a bow in the back.
