This simply styled embroidered gown was handmade of white batiste in the 1930s. It features pintucking with an embroidered leaf design. The neckline and hem are finished with scalloped embroidery. The straight sleeves are finished with turned back cuffs edged in scalloped embroidery. The back closes with two tiny buttons.
