This lovely white cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1930s. It features fagoting and delicate embroidery on the front and pintucks on the back.. The neckline and the short puffed sleeves are finished with scalloped embroidery. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and is finished with a deep 3¼" hem topped by delicate openwork and embroidery.
