This lovely white cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1930s. It features tiny pintucking on the front and larger tucks on the back with delicate white embroidery, french knots, and openwork. The scalloped edged collar is embroidered in white and the short puffed sleeves have scalloped edged turned back cuffs. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and is finished with a deep 3" hem topped by a beautiful embroidered design with openwork.
