Heirloom 1940s White Embroidered Bib with Openwork
Vintage Baby Clothes: Vintage Baby Bibs
This beautiful little heirloom white bib has a layer of hand embroidered batiste featuring a small flowered spray and two rows of delicate openwork over a padded cotton backing. Made in the 1940s, these "dribble bibs" were meant to protect baby's finer clothing.
This bib closes with two tiny buttons and loops. This would be a perfect accessory with any of the heirloom boy's bubbles for a christening or other important occasion.
