Vintage 1940s White Linen Pleated Sailor Dress SS0426$40.00 Size: sold out Vintage Baby Sailor Dresses: Baby Girl's Sailor Dresses This darling little 1940s style sailor dress is made from white linen. The top closes with a single button with a removable "modesty panel" insert that buttons in place. The little white sailor collar and insert and short puffed sleeves are trimmed with navy braid as is the front waistband. A half belt in back closes with two small buttons.
