Made in the Philippines, this beautiful vintage white cotton bonnet from the 1940s features a brim of three large scallops edged with lace and delicately embroidered with little floral sprays. The crown is closed and elasticized at the neck for a good fit.
The bonnet is fully lined in soft cotton batiste and has a soft white satin ribbon that has not been cut. This would make a beautiful christening bonnet with the brim turned forward to frame a baby girl's face or turned back for a simple but elegant baby boy's christening bonnet.
