This lovely little white dotted cotton blend dress is from Polly Flinders, a timeless designer of classic smocked baby clothing. Made in classic bishop style, it features a round yoke hand smocked in white, topped by a white Peter Pan collar edged with white eyelet. The long sleeves are finished with elasticized ruffles. The dress is finished with a 3" ruffle edged with white eyelet. It closes in the back with two small buttons. Because of the bishop styling, this will fit her for quite some time.
