From the 1960s, this sweet little white cotton dress, from the leading designer of classic smocked baby clothing for generations, is made in bishop style with the round yoke embroidered in red. The white Peter Pan collar is edged with soft white lace. The short puffed sleeves are finished with elasticized ruffles edged in white lace. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and is finished with a deep 5" hem. So sweet for the holidays and beyond! Note: Polly Flinders dresses run small.
