This delicate little pale pink batiste dress was handmade in the Philippines, likely in the 1940s. It features pintucking interspersed with floral embroidery, french knots, and openwork on the bodice. The embroidery design is repeated on the small scalloped collar and above the 2 hem. The short puffed sleeves are finished with scalloped turned back cuffs. The back closes with three tiny buttons.
