This is the thick cotton flannel of yesteryear, before flame retardants hardened the finish of fabrics and made them scratchy. Please note that these darling hats may not meet today's flamability standards. Designed with a very full gathers and finished with elasticized ruffles, this is the sweetest little nightcap you'll find.
