Heirloom 1940s White Corded Cotton Bib with Crocheted Lace Edging
Vintage Baby Clothes: Vintage Baby Bibs: Embroidered Baby Bibs
This is a lovely little heirloom white bib made of corded cotton with beautiful hand crocheted edging. It is backed with a second cotton layer for absorbency. Made in the 1940s, these "dribble bibs" were meant to protect baby's finer clothing. This bib closes with ribbon ties. This would be a perfect accessory with any of the heirloom or classic dresses for a christening or other important occasion.
