This beautiful little white cotton blend square portrait birthday collar is made by Rosalina, a leading designer of classic children's clothing. It features a hand embroidered cupcake with a candle, a balloon, and a party hat with festive embroidered stars. This sweet collar can be worn over any simple dress with a round neck or small collar (see example picture below) to turn it into the perfect birthday dress for your baby or toddler girl! What a darling birthday accessory for your baby or toddler own birthday party or those she attends!
