Scouted from attics across America, we bring you one of a kind heirlooms for your little one. Mostly handmade from the finest cotton batiste, lawn, and handkerchief linens, these dresses, gowns, and rompers feature exquisite details--hand smocking and delicate embroidery, tiny pintucking, and intricate drawnwork. In whites and baby pastels, these vintage garments have endured for 50 to 75 years and have been lovingly restored to showcase their original charm and beauty.

Most of these lovely heirlooms were hand made, unique, one of a kind garments. In the rare instances in which we've been fortunate to find two matching items, the product description will indicate that more than one is available. We may be able to find you one of a similar style or with similar embroidery, but please understand that unless otherwise indicated there is only one of each of these special heirlooms.

Most heirloom garments are not sized so an approximate size range has been given. If the garment contains a size tag, it is likely to run considerably smaller than sizing of garments made by today's manufacturers. If you are buying a gift, please remember that babies vary tremendously, so an heirloom size 3 months will not fit a baby who is 3 months old; even our size approximations will not fit all babies who are that age. Please read the descriptions carefully and order by measurements rather than size.
