International Orders

COUNTRIES:  We are currently shipping internationally to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bermuda (Mastercard and Visa only, Paypal not available at this time), Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. Please contact us if you would like us to ship your order to a country that is not listed here. Paypal payment is the safest and best means of international payment.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:  We ship via US Postal Service using your preference of Priority Mail International (formerly called Global Priority Mail) or Express Mail International (formerly called Global Express). Priority Mail International orders generally are shipped within three business days. Actual shipping time for Priority Mail International is usually six to ten business days ( but may take 3 to 4 weeks for orders shipped to the UK or Canada because of customs delays). Priority Mail International is now trackable and insurable.

Express Mail International orders are shipped within one business day. Actual shipping time for Express Mail International is three to five days (but may take one to two weeks for orders shipped to the UK or Canada because of customs delays). Express Mail International is fully trackable and insurable. However, for either mail option, it may take up to two weeks to clear customs in both countries. Please see CUSTOMS AND FEES section below for additional information.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL RATES:  Shipping rates for Priority Mail International are as follows:

Canada: Base rate of $20.00 plus $3.00 per item

Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Saudia Arabia, Singapore, South Africa: Base rate of $30.00 plus $3.00 per item

All other countries from list above: Base rate of $25.00 plus $3.00 per itemPlease email us, if you are ordering a very small single item (socks, a bonnet, or a slip). We may be able to ship your order less expensively in a small flat rate box.

EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL RATES: Shipping rates for Express Mail International are as follows:

Canada: Base rate of $30.00 plus $3.00 per item

Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Saudia Arabia, Singapore: Base rate of $37.50 plus $3.00 per item

All other countries from list above: Base rate of $35.00 plus $3.00 per itemCUSTOMS AND FEES: We provide full documentation of the package contents on the outside of the box so that your order will clear customs quickly. If your order is intended to be a gift, please indicate that is the case by requesting either gift wrap ($5.00 charge) or a gift message (no charge) when you place your order. Otherwise, for customs purposes, your package will be marked "other, children's (or baby) clothing" and may be subject to taxes or duties in your country. We have no control over the tax laws in your country but we must adhere strictly to all documentation requirements for international shipments.
