This beautiful little white cotton blend scalloped portrait holiday collar is made by Rosalina, a leading designer of classic children's clothing. It features a hand embroidered Santa in the center with double candy canes on each side. This sweet collar can be worn over any dress or jumper with a round neck or small collar (see example picture below) to turn it into the perfect Christmas outfit for your baby, toddler, or little girl! What a darling holiday accessory for your baby's or toddler's holiday parties, portraits, or visits with Santa.
