This lovely little pastel green cotton blend dress is from Polly Flinders, a timeless designer of classic smocked baby clothing. It features a yoke entirely hand smocked in green, embroidered with tiny pink and white flowers, and trimmed with two tiny pink satin bows. The white eyelet collar is edged with scalloped embroidery and the long sleeves end with elasticized ruffles. The dress features a 3" bottom ruffle and it closes in the back with two small buttons.
