Made with a sheer voile outer layer and fully lined with batiste, it features rows of pintucks on the yoke above a smocked chest with white embroidery and tiny seed pearls. The Peter Pan collar and short sleeves are edged with narrow satin piping. The full bubble falls in soft gathers from the smocking and is gathered into leg bands knickers style with elasticized leg backs to ensure a good fit. Fully lined, the romper buttons in the back and in the crotch for ease in dressing.
