This beautiful little sheer white cotton lawn smocked dress is made by Fantaisie Kids, a popular new children's clothing designer in Santa Barbara. It features a beautifully hand smocked bodice delicately embroidered with tiny white rosebuds. The sleeveless dress has a simple round neckline. It closes in the back with small buttons and has a narrow back tie. The softly gathered skirt has ample fullness for twirling and the dress is fully lined so no slip is needed.
