This darling little palest yellow cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1950s. It features a smocked yoke with a white Peter Pan collar. The short puffed sleeves are trimmed with withe bands. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons with a sash to tie in a bow in the back. It is finished with a deep 3" hem edged topped by embroidered flowers.
